Testing begins around 9:00 a.m. and continues into the mid- to late afternoon, with breaks included.
Activities may include paper-and-pencil tasks, computer-based measures, and problem-solving exercises.
Brief interview with the child to explore how they view and experience their challenges.
The evaluation may be done in one full day or two shorter sessions, depending on what works best for your child.
A feedback session is scheduled 1–2 weeks later, followed by a written report 1–2 weeks after feedback.

School-based evaluations are designed to see if a student qualifies for special education services. They focus on intellectual skills, academics, and classroom performance.
A neuropsychological evaluation is broader and more in-depth. It also examines memory, attention, executive functioning, language, motor skills, and emotional/behavioral health, while considering medical and developmental factors that may impact learning and daily life.

I am an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance companies directly.
Families receive a superbill to submit for possible reimbursement. Many receive partial coverage, though this varies by plan.
Payment is due at the time of service.
